Mount Rinjani area is one part of the tropical rain forest in West Nusa Tenggara which consisting various ecosystem and complete vegetation that ranging from lowland tropical forests (semi-evergreen) to the mountains tropical rain forest (1500-2000 metres) are still intact from the primary forest, pine forest and sub-alpine vegetation (2000 metres). Rinjani National Park has typical habitat form directly affect biodiversity rank of flora and fauna, become components of the ecosystem of protected area. Rinjani save hundreds of species of flora and fauna. Some species of which are endemic types in West Nusa. Among the various types of biological resources owned, bird is one of the animals that have a fairly high diversity.
